Rachel Hawkins
FOUNDER & THAI YOGA MASSAGE PRACTITIONER
Having decided to make a career change in 2019 I qualified as a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and have loved every minute of it. My love for Yoga first began in 2002 when I was pregnant with my first daughter and has just grown and grown.
I wanted to train in something yoga related as I love the peace and calm that it brings, it was then that I discovered the massage. In today’s fast paced world it has never been more important, in my opinion, to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
With Let's Retreat I wanted to create a space where people could come to exercise in a yoga or Pilates class of their choice and rest and restore with a massage. Our yurts provide the perfect space. Quiet and close to nature yet warm and cosy, simply being in them is nurturing and I very much look forward to welcoming you to them.

Simone Craddock
YOGA TEACHER AND MASSAGE THERAPIST
My love of yoga began over 35 years ago and its quiet magic has continued to weave through both my personal life and career in the wellbeing world. A certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, I believe yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to everybody and every body.
My teaching draws from my training in a range of modalities including Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Young People, and Yoga Nidra, with a focus on creating practices that support balance, rest, and connection within modern life. Deeply inspired by yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, I gently integrate these teachings into my classes, offering students an experience that extends beyond the physical practice. I am currently completing my 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, alongside qualification training in Modern Ayurveda, continuing to deepen my knowledge with curiosity and care.
I am also a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience. My background in movement, anatomy, and recovery, together with my experience as a distance runner and cyclist, has shaped my understanding of how mindful movement can unlock and support both body and mind.
Above all, I hope to create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience a little ‘Yoga Magic’ for themselves.

Hannah Shutt
YOGA TEACHER
I am a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher and breathwork practitioner, specialising in somatic healing and mind-body integration.
I have a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of integrated approaches to physical and emotional healing. Yoga and other mind-body practices are a pathway to exploring how we can unconsciously hold emotions and stress in our bodies and a beautiful way of bringing this into our awareness and restoring balance in our minds, bodies and hearts, so that we may return our natural state of wellbeing.
Discovering yoga and other heart centred practices has been so supportive and transformative for me in the most beautiful way, and I have experienced and witnessed the incredible potential which exists within all of us when we tune in to our heart.

YOGA TEACHER
I am an anatomy enthusiast, yoga teacher and lifelong student. I love bringing together the ancient wisdom and teachings of traditional yoga with modern knowledge on anatomy, physiology and neuroscience to help students and clients feel better in their lives, helping them find ease of movement, strength, stability and clarity of mind.
I am a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and CIMSPA. Having completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019, I am continuing my professional development through a 500 hour senior yoga teacher accreditation.

PILATES TEACHER
A Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people move well, feel stronger and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, I am a lifelong weekend warrior! My own experience of back injury and the physical demands of decades spent at a desk has led me to discover the transformative benefits of Pilates. What began as a way to get moving and improve posture soon became a deeply rewarding practice that reshaped both my wellbeing and outlook on life.
Inspired by the positive impact Pilates had on my own body and mind, and a moment of true clarity during a cacao ceremony, I made the decision to step away from a long career in the television industry to join my wife, Sim, in the world of wellbeing.
I teach Pilates to help people move with greater ease, continue enjoying the activities they love and enhance their sporting edge through mindful, functional movement. Through my teaching, I hope to share the strength, confidence, balance, and renewed sense of possibility that Pilates can bring to everyday life and everyday people.
Annette Mundy
YOGA TEACHER
My first introduction to yoga was when the company I was working for about 20 years ago put on yoga classes for their staff during the lunch break. It was then that I realised I was ‘good’ at it. When I left the company, I regret that my practise did too. I then didn’t get back into yoga until another 4-5 years later, when my mum was sadly diagnosed with cancer. It was then that I found what yoga could do for you mentally as it helped me navigate my journey back.
Since then, yoga has become a way of life for me, both physically and mentally. Having experienced the mental benefits, I then wanted to help others in the same way. I decided to do my teacher training in the year before lockdown, initially training in Hatha yoga. Since then, I’ve gone on to qualify in Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, chair yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga.
I love that yoga is suitable for all levels and ability. There is such a variety on our timetable to suit everyone, and I very much look forward to seeing you on the mat and practising with you.
Teagan Friend
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Loving all things movement, after a long relationship with dance and performing professionally across Australia I decided to add Pilates to the mix and I haven’t looked back since. I’m a passionate instructor and dog mum and have recently moved to the UK with my partner.
Mat and Reformer qualified for over five years, since building a beautiful online class community during Covid I’ve worked across Melbourne, and recently worked for a 24/7 company, filming class after class to reach a worldwide audience.
My classes combine challenging coordination with supportive guidance to help you achieve your best. My mantra is that all movement matters, so be proud of yourself for showing up today. Expect spicy flows, a few too many laughs and a class that will (hopefully) leave you feeling happy you chose to move your body today!
Dani Mansbridge
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
I am a newly qualified Mat & Reformer Pilates teacher. With a background in dance, movement has always been a huge part of my life, and Pilates felt like a natural next step - something that beautifully blends strength, control, and flow.
In my classes, I combine classical Pilates principles with modern movement to create sessions that feel both grounded and fresh. I am passionate about creating a kind, welcoming space that’s inclusive of all ages, bodies, and backgrounds - where everyone feels safe to explore, grow, and enjoy moving their bodies, whether you're completely new to Pilates or already on your journey.
I truly believe movement should feel good, and I love helping people discover just how empowering and joyful it can be.
