Hatha Journey

8-week course run by Sarah, Wednesdays at 12:30-1:30pm, 10th September - 29th October

Sarah will be taking you on an eight week Hatha journey, focusing on the foundations of asana and pranayama; building each week from the week before.

Those who wish to join for the full eight weeks will find this a developmental journey and one which they can feel true benefits and development. However, each practice will be a strong stand alone version should people not be able to make every week.

This journey is a guided exploration of awareness, discipline, and the intention of spiritual growth. Each session blends key elements of yoga to deepen your understanding of yourself and your practice.

You’ll experience a combination of physical asana, some breath work, meditation and stillness, combined with a deep sense of playfulness and curiosity to support your own learning and personal expression.

Open to all levels, whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice you’ll be supported in finding your own rhythm, building confidence, and uncovering the tools you need for your ongoing wellbeing.
