There are three options for this 4-week course, on Thursdays 9:30-10:30am, running:

 19th March to 9th April
23rd April  to 14th May 
28th May to 18th June

This body conditioning class run by Lucy is designed to help you feel stronger, build resilience and be more at ease in your body.

Our Supple Strength class supports healthy muscles and connective tissue, improving posture, stability and everyday movement. Guided by Lucy, we’ll use dumbbells alongside stretching and myofascial release to help you improve muscle tone, increase energy levels and reduce stiffness and tension.

This small group class allows for plenty of individual guidance in a calm, supportive
