Join Lucy for a 4-Week Yoga Conditioning Course designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling empowered in both body and mind. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your fitness routine, this course is for every level.
Yoga conditioning blends strength training and light cardio with traditional yoga postures for a dynamic, full-body workout. You’ll move with intention, build muscle tone, increase flexibility, and improve your balance - all while giving your heart a healthy dose of cardio. Each class focuses on functional movement and mindful strength, helping you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected.
