Harvest & Release

Friday 12th September

Just like autumn leaves, let go of what no longer serves you. This session clears the mind, body and energy.

With autumn setting in, nature shows us the beauty of letting go. This session invites reflection on what you’ve gathered and what you no longer need. Breathwork will help clear stagnation, qi gong will support flow and circulation and meditation will focus on releasing emotional weight, making space for the season’s wisdom and introspection.

Into the Deep

Friday 10th October

As nights grow longer, turn inward. This session cultivates stillness, presence and deep connection.

The darker nights invite us inward toward inner stillness and self-exploration. This session will embrace the water element, working with fluidity, breath retention and deep presence. Qi gong will focus on slow meditative movements, breathwork will enhance lung capacity and calm the nervous system and meditation will encourage deep self-connection, preparing us for the transition toward winter.

The Art of Stillness

Friday 28th November

Slow down, restore and embrace the quiet of winter. This session nurtures peace, warmth and reflection.

As the year slows, this session will be a deep dive into rest, restoration and mindful presence. Through gentle breathwork, we’ll enhance inner warmth, qi gong will focus on nourishing the body’s energy reserves and meditation will guide you into a state of deep peace, gratitude and reflection before winter fully sets in.
