Cosy Yurt Breathwork Session: Release and Regulate

Are you ready to let go of accumulated stress and create space for peace and restoration as the year winds down?
Join Rachel Kerr-Smith for this 2-hour therapeutic breathwork session. Supported with music, it’s a powerful invitation to use your breath as a healing tool. We will begin by setting a personal intention to guide your unique experience and use mindful breathing. You'll then engage in the specific rhythms of Conscious Connected Breathing to bring awareness to and release tension, suppressed emotions, and limiting beliefs stored in your body, helping you to safely process deep emotions and gain clarity. The journey blends an active breathing phase with a passive integration and relaxation phase, this is key for nervous system regulation.
Therapeutic Breathwork can be a powerful and intense practice. For your well-being, it is not recommended if you are under 18 or currently experiencing any of the following conditions:
Pregnancy
Deep or untreated Post-Traumatic Stress
Active use of recreational drugs or medications that affect brain chemistry (e.g., anxiolytics or antidepressants)
High blood pressure not managed by medication
Cardiovascular disease, history of heart attack or stroke
Severe asthma
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Diagnosed bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions
Osteoporosis
Detached retina or glaucoma
Recent surgery or physical injuries (full healing required)
