Join Rachel for this 2-hour therapeutic breathwork session. Supported with music, it’s a powerful invitation to use your breath as a healing tool. We will begin by setting a personal intention to guide your unique experience and use mindful breathing. You'll then engage in the specific rhythms of Conscious Connected Breathing to bring awareness to and release tension, suppressed emotions, and limiting beliefs stored in your body, helping you to safely process deep emotions and gain clarity. The journey blends an active breathing phase with a passive integration and relaxation phase, this is key for nervous system regulation.
