Chloe is an Adult Nurse and Yoga Teacher, in awe of the human body and how interconnected we are with each other and nature.

Her mission is to teach others how beautifully complex we are and demonstrate that science and yoga can work alongside each other - to be able to honour the aspects of being human with all of its messiness, and learn to honour and love ourselves exactly as we are.

Her practice and teaching integrate a variety of breath-work, movement and meditation practices.

Honouring the intelligence of the body, reconnecting to our intuition and power to feel, she is intrigued at how interconnected we are to all things and that of our environment.

Believing that yoga helps us to strengthen this connection to ourselves and our external environment and see clearly what is reality versus a story our minds have created, she teaches with an embodied narrative which, in her opinion, is a practice of tuning into the raw bare bones of reality, honouring that with deep allowing, enquiry and exploration.

In this class, she takes a somatic (body) approach of inquiry, focusing on exploring through movement and poses which allow the body to be the guide rather than how we think a shape should look.

Connecting to the rhythm of the breath and creative ways to transition and move, it’s a way to honour the wisdom of your body and deepen the connection to your internal and external landscape - a home coming to yourself.

Each class will integrate a theme to explore and help reignite a sense of creativity.

£18 per person. You can book your place here.
