· Pranayama Breath Practice: Explore breathing techniques to calm your mind & balance your energy.
· Gentle Slow Flow: Flow mindfully through a gentle, energising sequence that awakens the body and invites lightness.
· Yin Yoga: Melt into restorative yin postures and a deeply calming guided relaxation to leave you grounded and recharged.
