Friday Night Reset is your invitation to slow down and gently transition out of the busy week.
Join Lucy for an extended evening practice designed to help you unwind and take a quiet exhale at the end of the week. We’ll combine calming breathwork, self-myofascial release (using massage balls and props) and nourishing yin yoga to help soften tension and quieten the nervous system.
Expect a grounding, unhurried experience designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected - the perfect way to begin your weekend.
