Rachel and Michelle are delighted to bring you a half-day of bliss as we transition from yang to yin for a Midsummer Woodland Exhale.

The format for the day…

11:30am-12:45pm - Yoga Flow open level - 75 mins

12:45-1:30pm - Healthy Veggie Lunch

1:30-3:30pm - Woodland walk with a short forest meditation

3:30-4pm - tea and homemade cake 

4-5pm - yin with yoga massage from Rachel.
