Meditation for people who can’t meditate!

Tuesday 7th October and every Tuesday after that until 11th November, at 4:15-5:15pm

Ever feel like your mind won’t switch off? Thoughts racing from one worry to the next, keeping you up at night or pulling you out of the moment? That’s your Monkey Mind and this 6-week course is your chance to befriend it.

Monkey Mind Club is a playful, judgement-free journey where you’ll explore practical tools to help calm your nervous system, quiet the mental chatter and discover a deeper sense of stillness. Each week builds on the last, guiding you step by step into practices that are simple, accessible and enjoyable.

By the end of the 6 weeks you’ll have your own toolkit for presence - ways to settle your mind, tune into your body and create the space to actually hear yourself think. This course is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and realise meditation can be far more approachable (and fun) than you might imagine!

We recommend doing all 6 sessions but you are welcome to book class by class.
