Through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and reflection, we honour feminine energy, reconnect with inner strength, and create space to simply be.

Motherhood - whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, raising toddlers, teens, or grown children - asks so much of us. This retreat offers space to integrate the woman and the mother. To acknowledge the ups and downs. To honour your strength and your softness.
Some come to mark a transition - returning to work, preparing for birth, stepping into a new chapter. Others come to heal, release, or simply escape the busyness for a few hours.
Everything is optional. You are invited to participate fully, or simply rest. You may journal, connect, sit quietly, or even close your eyes and nap.
Babies in arms are welcome. This retreat is open to all mums and those in mothering roles, including non-binary parents.
You may arrive as strangers.
