Kara will be running a 2 hour yoga workshop to help you find balance, restore your energy, and connect with a sense of inner steadiness during this beautiful time of change.

Pranayama Grounding Breathwork
Calm and center your mind with a guided breath practice.
Earthy Slow Flow Yoga
Move through a gentle, grounding flow to build warmth and shift energy in both body and mind.
Yin Yoga & Restorative Relaxation
Soften into deep release with nourishing yin postures to slow down and connect to yourself.
