Samantha Boyd welcomes you to join her for a choice of three special classes. Sam is a qualified Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Mother & Baby Yoga Teacher, Forest School Leader, and Tree Babies Guide with many years’ experience supporting women and families. Her classes offer a gentle blend of movement, wellbeing, community, and nature-inspired calm.

Pregnancy yoga

A nurturing space to breathe, move, and connect during your pregnancy

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a calming sanctuary for mums-to-be to unwind, strengthen, and prepare both body and mind for birth and motherhood.

Each session invites you to slow down, tune inwards, and embrace your growing journey with confidence and ease, weaving together movement, breath, nature connection, and mindful rest to help you feel grounded, safe, and deeply supported throughout your pregnancy.

What to expect:

  • Gentle yoga and flowing movement designed specifically for pregnancy

  • Breathwork (pranayama) to support relaxation, sleep, and pain management

  • Pelvic floor awareness and functional movement for core stability

  • Soothing stretches to ease common pregnancy discomforts

  • Mindfulness, meditation, and deep relaxation

  • A supportive, friendly community of local mums-to-be

These classes are designed to help you feel grounded, energised, and empowered. Movements are adaptable and safe from the second trimester onwards, and everything is taught in a relaxed, baby-led atmosphere where you are free to rest, pause, and honour your body’s needs.

Who is this class for?

Pregnant women from 14 weeks onwards, all abilities welcome - no previous yoga experience necessary.

Mother & baby yoga

Movement, bonding, and mindful moments for you and your baby

Mother & Baby Yoga is a gentle, nourishing class designed to support new mums in healing, strengthening, and reconnecting with their bodies - while sharing beautiful bonding time with their babies and being part of a community in nature-inspired calm.

These sessions offer a soothing blend of postnatal movement, mindful breathwork, and baby-led interaction to help you feel grounded, restored, and held during the early months of motherhood.

What to expect:

  • Gentle postnatal yoga to rebuild strength safely

  • Core and pelvic floor support for postpartum recovery

  • Release for shoulders, neck, and upper back – perfect for feeding, holding, and carrying

  • Baby yoga-inspired movement and sensory engagement

  • Songs, rhymes, and simple bonding activities

  • Relaxation and mindful moments you can take into daily life

  • A warm community of mums sharing similar journeys

Classes are baby-led, relaxed, and inclusive - you are free to feed, change, cuddle, rock, or comfort your baby at any point. Everything is paced gently to support your energy and your healing.

Who is this class for?

Mums with babies from 8 weeks to pre-crawling, suitable from your postnatal check (or earlier with midwife/GP clearance)

Nature babies

A gentle, nature-connected class for you and your little one, weaving together nature connection, mindfulness, wellbeing, and early development in a soothing, supportive environment.

Nature Babies is a beautiful, nurturing weekly class designed especially for parents and babies to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with the natural world. These classes support both mother and baby with:

  • A soft, grounding welcome ritual to settle your baby and calm your nervous system

  • Nature-inspired sensory play using safe, natural, and open-ended materials

  • Gentle movement for parents to ease tension and reconnect with your body

  • Songs, rhymes, and simple baby-friendly mindfulness moments

  • A closing circle to share, breathe, and feel held within a warm community

These sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and baby-led - you are free to feed, cuddle, rock, or play whenever you need. Every week we explore a different seasonal theme, encouraging curiosity, connection, and a sense of wonder for both you and your little one.

Parents and carers with babies from 8 weeks to crawling, wanting a calm, nourishing space that supports wellbeing, bonding, and mindful parenting.
