Surrounded by nature, we’ll explore gentle yoga and soothing stretches to open the body and create more space to breathe.
Sip tea, eat cake and relax in the serenity of this tranquil setting.

Your Afternoon Retreat includes:
75 minute Gentle Movement Session - a blend of yoga, myofascial release and stretches to gently unwind so each breath can flow more freely.
Tea & Cake - a pause between practices to tuck into some delicious refreshments and enjoy the serene outdoor setting.
Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation - a deeply restorative practice to anchor your awareness and calm your mind.
