The Long Exhale

Run by Jack at Bear & Bird and held inside the quiet sanctuary of the yurt, The Long Exhale is a two hour workshop designed to help you slow down, soften the body and reset your nervous system through movement, breath and mindful awareness.
Each session guides you gently out of stress and survival mode and back into a steadier, calmer inner state. Through grounding movement, breathwork, mindfulness and simple, practical regulation tools, you will learn how to release built up tension, settle anxious energy and quieten the constant background noise of the mind. This work supports deeper rest, clearer thinking, emotional balance and a greater sense of ease in everyday life.
This is not just a relaxing experience in the moment, it is a learning space where you begin to understand your own nervous system and build a personal toolkit you can return to again and again. You will leave feeling calmer, more present and more connected to yourself, carrying that steadiness with you long after the session ends.
Because our events are small, intimate and carefully held, all tickets are non refundable once booked. Each place reserved means a space is held especially for you, and at short notice it is very difficult to refill that place. If you are unable to attend, you are very welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or loved one. Please just let us know in advance. In some cases, and where notice allows, we may be able to offer a transfer to a future event. This is offered at our discretion and depends on availability.
