As dusk gently gathers and the rhythm of the week begins to fade, allow your nervous system to unwind and your senses to turn inward. Through a tender sequence of seated movement, we will melt away the lingering restlessness of the body, preparing you to drift into the deeply restorative embrace of Yoga Nidra.
Held within the warm, cocooning stillness of the Let’s Retreat yurts, this practice becomes something more than rest - it becomes a journey inward, where the mind quiets and the body remembers how to truly let go.
As the evening draws to a close, be guided softly toward sleep with a fireside soother - an Ayurvedic bedtime elixir designed to nourish and replenish your ojas, the subtle essence of vitality that glows quietly within.
