Fascia Release Workshop

At 11:30am-1:30pm on Saturday 24th May

If you have not yet experienced Yasue's method for melting away the stress in the body then these workshops are not to be missed. You will leave feeling like you have had a whole body workout.

Fully trained in all Moving Fascia® (fascial movement) training, Yasue has taken inspiration from these self-release and movement techniques and incorporated them into her own yoga practice, collaborating with Moving Fascia® to develop Moving Fascia® Yoga.

Through movements using a special soft ball, we release the body and restore mobility and breathing. This revolutionary method integrates feedback from self-regulating tools like the Moving Fascia® SOFT ball, helping unveil hidden tension, stimulate dormant areas and enrich proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness.

No prior yoga experience is required for this workshop, so it's perfect for beginners as well as those already practicing yoga. Feel the changes in your body through the first and last poses of yoga. This workshop is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant ladies.

To find out more about Yasue and her method, click here, or if you have any questions before booking feel free to email her.

£30 per person. You can book your place here.

Yin Yoga and Massage Workshop

Sim is stepping in to run Yin Yoga and Massage Workshops with Rachel on some occasions too. These will be taking place on Sunday 25th May and Sunday 29th June, both at 5-7pm

Lisa and Rachel are running Yin Yoga and Massage Workshops on Saturday 23rd August and on Saturday 25th October, both at 5-7pm

Join Rachel with Lisa or Sim as they work together to provide a relaxing workshop which incorporates both an extended Yin Yoga practice and a little Thai Yoga Massage too.

Imagine for a moment just being in child's pose, surrendered over a bolster listening to the sounds of nature and soothing music while Rachel comes round to further soothe your back and massage your shoulders gently. Or laying on your back in deep relaxation while your feet and hands are massaged.

This combination deeply nourishes and nurtures the body.

The workshop will then draw to a close with a Yoga Nidra session - this is a form of guided meditation that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxation in a place between wakefulness and sleep, leaving you completely blissed out.

£40 per person. You can book your place here.

New Moon Women’s Circles

At 6:30-8:30pm on Friday 23rd May, and every following month on the Friday closest to the new moon.

Hannah’s monthly new moon women’s circles will be held on the Friday evening closest to the new moon.

These will be deeply nurturing spaces offering the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, to experience community and sisterhood, and to align with the energy of each new moon.

Includes:

  • Guided meditation

  • Gentle somatic movement

  • Restorative / yin yoga

  • Thai yoga massage

  • Intention setting and optional sharing

  • Sharing tea and cake / sweet treats

Within these circles, you will be guided through gentle yet powerful practices to support you to release and let go, and to open up to the energy of possibility and potential held within each new moon.

Yoga for Men - for flexibility and strength

Lucy’s Thursday lunchtime 6-week course is underway, but you still have time to join her Tuesday morning course

Thursdays at 12:30-1:30pm, running 10th April - 15th May
Tuesdays at 8-9am, running 3rd June - 8th July

This course is designed for men with some, little or no yoga experience, offering a welcoming space to stretch out, loosen up, and feel good.

Playing sport, running, cycling and long periods of sitting in a car or at a computer are just some of the things that can cause stress, tension and tightness in the body. This course will unravel restricted mobility, lengthen & strengthen muscles and help dissolve stress patterns.

Using a combination of yoga, stretching and other mobility practices, Lucy will help you explore your range of motion and flexibility. No special equipment or clothing is required, the yurts have everything you’ll need. Just turn up in something comfy.

There is no such thing as being 'good' or 'bad' at yoga. We’re all just showing up to practice something that can make us stronger, more flexible and more relaxed. And maybe along the way those everyday movements like bending to tie our shoes or getting up off the floor might get a little easier.

£70 per person for each whole 6-week course. There are only 10 places available - you can book your place here.

SELF Elevation Workshop Series

See various dates and times below, for these Intensive Healing Workshops.

Tara Gallagher is a trauma recovery coach. Her hand-crafted SELF Elevation Coaching is a body-based approach to healing trauma.

If you’re ready to let go of your past traumas, release old emotions, and elevate yourself to new heights of self-awareness and healing, join Tara for this Self Elevation Workshop Series, where together you will use a variety of modalities to help you on healing trauma, move stagnant energy from your body, rewire your subconscious mind, and reset your nervous system.

These workshops are designed to be unique healing sessions that are incredibly powerful. Through techniques like brainspotting, breathwork, journaling, somatic movement and energy healing, you will be able to address and heal deep-seated emotional wounds and release the hold they have on your life.

Each workshop in Tara's SELF Elevation Series will have a different focus, allowing you to dive deep into specific areas of healing.

Saturday 7th June, 2-5pm

We will focus on ANXIETY AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. Maybe you suffer from constant low level anxiety or full on panic attacks, or perhaps you've been dabbling in CBT but find that these sessions leave you feeling worse than before you started. Anxiety is not something you think and therefore you need a body-based approach. When you work with the nervous system and clear past trauma, old emotions or negative bias, you can learn to balance and calm the body, mind and spirit and in turn ease your feelings of anxiety and make life more enjoyable.

Sunday 14th September, 10am-1pm

We will focus on GENERAL TRAUMA HEALING, which could be unprocessed grief, unexplained anxiety or depression, past trauma that you know is bubbling under the surface and maybe showing up and blocking your progress in life. For instance procrastination is a trauma response, people pleasing is a trauma response, feeling not good enough yep comes from a past trauma. So this workshop will focus on letting go of years of pent up stress, layers of trauma and resetting the nervous system to bring inner calm to mind, body and spirit.

By incorporating self-elevation into your healing journey, you will find a newfound sense of freedom and empowerment. Don't miss out on the opportunity to transform your life and elevate yourself to a higher level of self-awareness and healing.

Sign up for one of Tara's Self Elevation Workshops today and take the first step towards a brighter, more vibrant future. You can find out more here, or contact Tara here.
